Folkman Law Settles Complex Employment Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Case

We are proud to announce that Folkman Law Offices, P.C. settled a complex employment discrimination and sexual harassment case for seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000.00). While handling the case on her own, Attorney Lauren M. Law argued a multitude of motions and diligently prepared the matter for trial. Ms. Law participated in multiple Settlement Conference sessions, in which the parties to the lawsuit met with a Judge in an effort to settle the case. To our client’s pleasure, our office settled the lawsuit and negotiated a satisfactory settlement agreement and release.
