Joggers, walkers, and even individuals sitting along the road may be at-risk for incurring a range of personal injuries or potential fatalities in a motor vehicle crash. Pedestrians who survive the accident may face a lengthy recovery time or develop permanent disabilities, which may impact their ability to earn an adequate income.
