Lauren M. Law
Lauren is an aggressive advocate and is always looking to achieve the best results for her clients. Lauren is experienced in arbitrating and mediating cases. She appears regularly before the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights representing victims of employment discrimination.
Lauren maintains her own employment and personal injury caseload, in which she has drafted and argued motions, gathered evidence and interviewed witnesses, filed complaints, and represented clients through all aspects of litigation.
Due to her keen eye for detail, Lauren is integral in the firm’s complex business litigation and legal malpractice section.
Lauren is responsible for drafting a NJ Supreme Court Amicus Brief in Grande v. Saint Clare’s Health System – a case that involved employment discrimination based on disability.
While in law school, Lauren participated in the Small Business Counseling Clinic, where she incorporated small businesses and assisted individuals in starting their companies.
Prior to joining Folkman Law Offices, Lauren served as a law clerk for a prominent Philadelphia defense firm working on legal malpractice cases and was a judicial intern for the Hon. Karen M. Williams, United States Magistrate Judge, in the District of New Jersey.
