New Jersey Employment Lawyer

EVE R. KELLER

Associate

As an experienced advocate for her clients, Eve maintains her own caseload, which she actively manages throughout all aspects of litigation. She has insight and experience into how a case is built, and has drafted pleadings, obtained evidence, deposed witnesses, and argued motions.

Eve is experienced in mediation and arbitration. She appears regularly before the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights representing victims of employment discrimination.

In addition, Eve donates her time by representing immigrants in citizenship applications.

While in law school, Eve participated in the Temple Family Law Litigation Clinical. There, she represented low income families in custody and support cases. In doing so, she gained experience in working with clients while they were engulfed in emotional and difficult situations.

Eve joined Folkman Law Offices after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.
